Karie J. Boyd

Karie Boyd is a partner at Boyd Contreras LLP. Her practice focuses on real estate litigation, trust and estates, and family law. She represents clients in a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions, such as acquisitions and sells, probate and conservatorship matters, and family law disputes. Ms. Boyd's experience encompasses broker-lender liability claims, boundary disputes, unlawful detainer actions, estate plans, and dissolution matters.

In addition to practicing law, Ms. Boyd is a licensed real estate broker in the state ofCalifornia . She has been the CLE Chair of the Real Estate Section Committee for the San Diego County Bar Association, and recently elected as the Broker/Attorney Chair. Ms. Boyd is a member of the San Diego Association of Realtors, the Wallace Inn of Court, and the Lawyers Club.

Prior to partnering at Boyd Contreras LLP, Ms. Boyd owned her own legal practice, the Law Office of Karie J. Boyd. In addition, before practicing law, Ms. Boyd was an extern for the legal department of Callaway Golf and a law clerk for Mazzarella Caldarelli LLP.
