Karie J. Boyd

Karie Boyd is an owner and partner at Boyd Contreras LLP. She has delivered case-winning results for her clients and positioned her clients for attractive settlements. Ms. Boyd represents clients in both State and Federal Court. Her litigation experience includes contract disputes, business litigation, unfair competition law, trademark and trade secret litigation, consumer protection law, and marital dissolution disputes. Additionally, Ms. Boyd's transactional experience includes trusts and estate matters, contract drafting and review, and buy-sell agreements.

In addition to practicing law, Ms. Boyd is a licensed real estate broker. She is the broker/attorney chair for the San Diego County Bar Association. Ms. Boyd in a member of the San Diego County Bar Association, California Bar Association, American Bar Association, Welsh Inns of Court, Enright Inn of Court, and prior member of the Wallace Inn of Court.

Prior to partnering at Boyd Contreras LLP, Ms. Boyd owned her own legal practice, the Law Office of Karie J. Boyd. In addition, before obtaining her Juris Doctorate, Ms. Boyd was a legal extern for Callaway Golf, and a law clerk for Mazzarella Caldarelli, LLP.
