Monique N. Kingsley

Monique N. Kingsley is an Associate at Boyd Contreras & Davis LLP. Her areas of practice include civil litigation, estate planning, and family law. Ms. Kingsley's experience includes business litigation, contract disputes, labor and employment law, trade secrets litigation, personal injury, mediated divorce settlements, child support and custody, and trust and will preparation.

Ms. Kingsley is a member of the State Bar of California, the North County Bar Association of San Diego, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. In law school, Ms. Kingsley was an officer for the Christian Legal Society and a member of the Black Law Student Association. Ms. Kingsley also volunteered her time with Street Law San Diego, a program that aims to introduce local junior high and high school students to the judicial system.

Prior to joining Boyd Contreras & Davis LLP, Ms. Kingsley was a Certified Legal Intern for the San Diego District Attorney's Office and a Law Clerk for the Law Offices of Randall C. Rechs. She was then hired as an Associate for Haines Law, a firm located in North County San Diego.
