Raquel Howard
Raquel Howard is a civil litigation associate attorney at Boyd Contreras, APC. Ms. Howard’s practice areas include general civil litigation, real estate litigation, and business litigation.
Ms. Howard obtained her Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law in San Diego, and is a member of the California State Bar and the San Diego County Bar Association. While attending school, Ms. Howard worked in the fields of - antitrust at the Department of Justice, Antitrust Division; criminal prosecution at the San Diego U.S. Attorney’s Office, Criminal Division; property litigation and trusts at the Law Offices of Debra Scheufler; and property and family law at Boyd Contreras APC. Ms. Howard has also mediated several disputes in small claims court as a volunteer mediator.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Howard graduated from the Catholic University of America in Washington D.C. with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
